  • 2 cups mild cream cheese (500 grams)
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped (60 grams)
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, unsalted, roughly chopped (60 grams)
  • 1/2 cup dried mango, chopped (82.5 grams)
  • 1 cup blueberries, recent or frozen (250 grams)
  • 80 grams darkish chocolate (70%), chopped
  • 4 strawberries, sliced (60 grams)
  • 1/2 cup dried banana chips (48 grams)
  • 2 medium apples, sliced (320 grams)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (20 mls)
  • 1 mango, sliced (200 grams)
  • 4 cups pretzels (200 grams)
  • 1 tsp honey (5 mls)

Directions

  1. Reduce baking paper to cowl 80% of the serving board.

  2. Unfold the cream cheese evenly over the baking paper.

  3. Sprinkle walnuts, pistachios, dried mango and blueberries over the cream
    cheese.

  4. Then sprinkle the chocolate shards excessive.

  5. Place banana chips and strawberries onto the board, across the edges of the
    cream cheese.

  6. In a small bowl, coat the apple slices with lemon juice to keep away from them browning.
    Drain the apples and discard any leftover juice.

  7. Place sliced apple, mango and pretzels on the board edges.

  8. Serve any remaining apple slices or pretzels on a facet plate.
